Looks great. I’m loving it. I have to tell you how wonderful your “gentle giant” was… We are very impressed w/ him that he is so respectful of the fact that this is my house & we live here – everyone else still treats the place like a construction site. He puts all his tools, etc. on a drop cloth on the counter, not directly on the counter like everyone else. He really helped me out when the design had to be changed. He really does know what he is doing when it comes to tile. He was so polite & respectful. We are very impressed with the work he did. Many tough cuts in that design & they look soooo great. He did an awesome job of cleaning up after himself, which again, right now is huge with me. Thanks again.”

His decision (and Sean’s idea) was exactly the correct one. We both agree that the way the woodstove wall looks now is the best it could look given the available options, but it was hard to imagine how it would look without actually seeing it. I just wanted to tell you how happy I am that we chose to get our tile from Artistic Tile. The experience from beginning to end was pain free.I wanted to send along a few pictures of our new kitchen back splashthere are also a few pictures of the before with the 4″ granite back splash that Carl came out and removed. I am so happy that we did that.The installer was a very thorough worker. I appreciated his input with some of the details and was very happy to see that when he didn’t quite like how something turned out he would adjust it until he did.
